Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from American University in Washington, D.C. and has 25 years of experience working in the healthcare industry. She integrates her accounting, operational and regulatory background into her work with an emphasis on bridging the gap between one’s technical skills and the interpersonal skills required of a great leader. She is a nationally recognized leader on Medicare Reimbursement, having successfully integrated the theories of healthcare regulations into practical applications. She has trained over 5,000 providers, Fiscal Intermediaries and Federal employees and has served as an expert witness on Medicare Reimbursement disputes, working closely with governmental agencies including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, US Attorney and the Office of the Inspector General. Debbie is committed to assisting others reach their highest potential.
